MORTAR
MAINTENANCE
To ensure the good absorbent resistance, thickness ( )
of the coating mortar layer requiring as follows:
With flat roof, WC, etc...
= 30 - 40 mm
After coating completely, should pave with Chinese, Ceramic
or Mosaik brick in order to increase heat durable intensity
of the absorbent resistant mortar layer. With terrace without
paving brick. After mortaring that it is still wet, using
small stone to spread all over from 5 to 10 mm then ramming
regularly.
With covering wall:
= 15 - 20 mm
CONCRETE
MAINTENANCE
By slight and sufficient water spraying immediately after
the fixative absorbent resistant concrete layer, avoid to
wreck the concrete surface and spray water within three days,
each day of two times.
Comparing with the normal concrete, the
Hysuca additive concrete develops the higher and earlier intensity,
its solid fixation time is faster and earlier casing unbinding
(after ten days), the composition is used earlier, the good
absorbent resistance and period saving, increase force-resistance
intensity for the concrete, the better concrete surface after
finishing.
HOW TO
PROCESS LEAKY RESISTANCE OR JUNCTION ATTACHING
Healing leaky chapped traces: First of all, must carve and
widen the chaps turning into shape V and from 20 to 30 mm
in width for the mortar may be able to attach together completely
and unite well, make the rough surface, clean up debris, mixtures
before mortaring, must spray wet water in the surface, clean
stagnant water, after it is dry, coating/painting an oil mortar
(the diluted cement with the Hysuca additive), after coating
the absorbent resistant mortal on requirement.
Mortaring the old works: Must make the
rough surface (outside), clean up debris, mixtures before
mortaring, must spray wet water in the surface, clean stagnant
water, after it is dry, coating/painting an oil mortar (the
diluted cement with the Hysuca additive), after coating the
absorbent resistant mortal on requirement.
Attaching the junctions: Before processing,
must locate by fixed mechanics force, after carrying out to
make rough, clean and the following steps as mortaring the
old works.
